7-Day Exchange Window We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date your package is marked delivered by the courier service. • Fragrance bottles, attar vials, caps, and boxes must be completely unused, unswatched, and in their original packaging with factory seals intact. • To initiate an exchange, provide your Order Number or receipt to our WhatsApp support team.
Transit Damage & Leakage Guarantee (100% Free Replacement) Glass flacons and pure fragrance oils are delicate. If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking: 1. Take a quick photo or video while unboxing your package. 2. Contact our WhatsApp support at +92 332 2510815 within 24 hours of delivery. 3. We will immediately dispatch a complimentary replacement bottle at zero extra courier charge, or issue an immediate refund if the item is out of stock.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Fragrance Preservation) Due to strict hygiene, cosmetic purity, and the nature of concentrated perfumery: • Sprayed, opened, or sampled perfume bottles cannot be returned once the seal is broken or liquid has been dispensed. • Custom-decanted attar blends or bespoke gift sets are final sale unless damaged during courier transit.
